Vibraphonist Christopher Dell is also a professor of urban design. How does he combine jazz and urban design?
Improvised sounds can shape living spaces

Indeed, his playing on the vibraphone is extraordinary: from rousing groove jazz to fascinating sound experiments, it’s all here. To feel the city and its vibrations, Dell sometimes rolls his vibraphone into the street. Or he plays in between lectures – in this show we hear the multi-talented Christopher Dell as musician, thinker and researcher on the topic of how improvised sounds can shape the city and our living spaces in the future.
