The latest IPCC report released at the beginning of April underlines once again the urgency to act to avoid the destruction of the ecosystems we inhabit. The experience of professionals and activists around the world confirms that it is imperative to imagine and deploy alternatives to our practices of consumption and exploitation of life.

But how can we do this? The curators of the exhibition Gilles Clément and Coloco within the framework of the Architecture and Landscape Biennale of Île-de-France, in association with Civic city, Ruedi and Vera Baur, wished to complete the exhibition of the Landscape and Architecture Biennale of Versailles 2022, entitled the Presence of the living by an international invitation to mobilize all imaginations and all forces to carry out a global action with and for the living.

In this perspective, the curators of the exhibition “La Préséance du vivant” curated by Gilles Clément and Coloco as a contribution to the Landscape Architecture Biennale, in association with Civic city, Ruedi and Vera Baur, organized a 24 hours of proposals for the Living.
It was an opportunity to launch together concrete proposals to stay alive !!!!
